Our Chalets

We offer six log chalets, three are one bedroom, with one being wheelchair accessible, and three are two bedrooms with one of the two-bedroom cottages featuring twin beds in one of the rooms.

These units have a fully-equipped kitchen, 3-pc bath, air jet tubs, queen beds adorned with local, handmade quilts, double foldout sofas, TV, DVD, and High Speed Internet (cable and Wi-Fi).

Spend your evenings relaxing in front of the cozy wood stove, or roasting marshmallows outside around a fire pit.

Kids of all ages enjoy our play area with a swing set, slide, sandpit, basketball hoops, and outdoor games. When in season, guests can help themselves to fresh garden produce grown in the Oceanview garden!

We are pet friendly but there is a $25.00 one-time fee to cover additional cleaning work required.

The sofa bed can be used by a maximum of 2 additional guests for a one-time fee of $20.00.

A minimum two night stay (exceptions below) is required during the Peak Season of June 1st to September 30th, including Holidays. All Weekends will require a two night stay throughout the year. Note that we occasionally can arrange for a one night stay, depending on bookings. Please contact us to discuss the options.

Yes, we have early check-in (if the chalet is available) – just ask! Check-in is before 6PM, if you are later than 6PM please call to pre-arrange.

Two weeks or more cancellation notice is required for all reservations for all seasons. If the booking is cancelled with two weeks or more notice, there will be no charge for cancelling. If less than two weeks notice is given, there will be a two night charge if we are unable to rebook the accommodation.

    Had a wonderful Mother, Daughter and Abbey (dog) stay to celebrate my birthday.  The cabin is so comfy and beautiful.  The home made quilts, little rocking chair and wood stove and the Huge Soaker Jet Tub was so loved by me.

    All-Season Escape

    This was our first time staying on the South Shore and even with the snow storm, it was a delight!  Such a cozy and quaint spot and the perfect distance to Town of Lunenburg.  Can’t wait to return again and experience another season.

    Repeat Visitors

    Been coming here for many years but we missed last year, so it is nice to be back!  The first time our baby has been here and she enjoyed herself.  We saw many groups of deer along the road driving towards Riverport so be careful when you are out on the roads!
